Refund Policy

At Kiwi Klub, we want you to love your pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item for a refund within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    •    unworn
    •    unwashed
    •    in original condition
    •    with original packaging

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
